Whitehouse prove too strong in cup

Ballyclare and District Darts League kingpins Whitehouse Working Men’s Club didn’t lose a game as they swept to victory in the Sarah Turkington Memorial Cup at McConnell’s Bar on Friday evening.

They defeated the Five Corners (5-0) in the last eight, before booking a spot in the final with a last-four win over McConnell’s (5-0). They got their hands on the trophy thanks to a 5-0 success against the Blues Club in the showpiece match.
