Success for Coleraine Alexandra in Ballymoney Friendship League

They defeated Ballybogey 2-0 in a thrilling final at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre in Ballymoney..

In the Plate final, Tobermore had a comfortable 4-0 win over Riada Colts.

Coleraine Alexandra celebrated a ‘Section Two’ victory. The Coleraine youngsters beat Glebeside 2-1 in the semi final, before a nail-biting penalty shoot out in the final against Ballybogey.

Two Coleraine teams were drawn against each other in ‘Section Three’. Coleraine Olympic defeated their Coleraine Colts rivals on penalties. Olympic then drew Cloughmills in the final and although the youngsters put on a good display Cloughmills ran out 1-0 winners.

This Friday sees the conclusion of the Friendship League, when the final league fixtures will be played.
