Stars of the future at County Antrim Yacht Club’s Junior Regatta

County Antrim Yacht Club held its Junior Regatta on Sunday, June 17. A total of 24 competitors took part in three races.

This event had been allocated as one of the club’s “Sail for Gold” events in line with the RYA initiative to “Inspire, Celebrate, Support” given the Olympics are approaching.

The Club is a RYA Training Centre and a RYA Volvo Champion Club. The Junior Regatta followed on from recent race training that many of the juniors took part in over eight Saturday mornings in the spring.
