School unbeaten

Donacloney Primary School Rugby Team took part in the Mini-Rugby Finals at Ravenhill last Friday.

The squad of seven boys and two girls were unbeaten at the end of the tournament.

The Ravenhill experience was the highlight of the year for the team and brought a fitting end to a very successful season. They were unbeaten in all tag and contact tournaments this year. The school would wish to thank Graeme Hunter (IRFU) for his encouragement and support throughout the year and for coaching the Primary Six and Seven pupils. The players are to be commended for their enthusiasm and effort.

The Team: Ben Wilson, Joshua Cunningham, Owen Smyth, Calvin Irvine, Molly Mathers, Hannah Buchanan, Sam Cunningham, Matthew Daly and Sam Topping. Also at Ravenhill were; Noah Doyle, Sam Stevenson and Nathan Hylands.
