Presentation time for young players

Awards were handed out to the various winners at the family friendly club which plays such a big role in the life of the village.

Meanwhile, as reported recently in the Times, club official Donal Martin is stepping down.

This week he wishes to thank a number of people involved with various groups and also individuals in the area.

Donal would like to thank the football club’s present and previous sponsors; Ian Getty; local businesses; past and present committee members and coaches; Cloughmills Primary School and St Brigid’s Primary School and their staff; the parents of the children; various groups in the village; the McDonald family circle; The Ballymoney Times; The past and present children who have represented the football club.

Said Donal: “All these people have been a great support to me in my 12 years at the football club and I wish the football club all the best in the future.”
