McMullan and Gaile goals help Coleraine Crusaders to victory

COLERAINE Crusaders got back to winning ways on Saturday with a 2-0 victory away to Kilbride Swifts.

For the first Saturday since December 12 the full fixture list of games was completed. The Crues are now fourth with Raceview leading the way by a single point from Brantwood and Dunloy.

Coleraine Crusaders took an early lead on Saturday as Andy McMullan put them in front with only a minute on the clock. They doubled their lead on 24 minutes thanks to a great goal from Jonny Gaile.

Kilbride came back into the game in the second half and were unlucky not to pull a goal back as they struck the woodwork twice.

But it was the Crues who took the points thanks to their first half strikes.
