The gross prize was won by Michael Dickson (3) 70, edging out his brother Graham thanks to a tremendous back nine of 31.

The gross looked a long way off for Michael after a front nine of four over 39. Despite dropping shots at the 12th and 15th, birdies at the 10th 13th, 16th and 17th plus an eagle two at the par four 14th saw him finished the back nine in 31 shots and a level par score of 70.

In section two (10-18), Iain Ferguson (12) 65 was the clear winner from Fra Howell (12) 67 and Stevie Thompson (13) 67.
