get into the swing of things at family fun day

Down Royal Park Golf Course celebrated their 25th Anniversary with an annual Family Fun Day held at the golf course on Saturday June 21.

The family day out included a free round of Pitch and Putt on the Meadow’s Golf Course with PGA Golf Pros Gary Wardlow and Noel Murray on site to assist and provide information on the forthcoming Junior Golf Academy taking place on July 28, July 29 and August 5 at Down Royal Park Golf Course.

Further entertainment was enjoyed during the fun day including children’s face painting, bouncy castles, bungee run and kid’s disco.

The warm weather was perfect for a delicious BBQ and live music was arranged in The Green Restaurant in conjunction with Lisburn Restaurant Week, which coincided with the Family fun Day.

Down Royal Park Golf Course is renowned as Lisburn’s family friendly golf facility, open to the public and offering three golf courses available for play seven days a week.
