THE committee of the South Antrim League will have a decision to make after the Gordon Hanna Trophy second round tie between FC Utd Lisburn and Lisburn Rangers III was abandoned with the score 3-3.
The trouble started when it was claimed Rangers’ players and supporters verbally abused the referee, who then abandoned the game.
Rangers had taken 1-0 and 2-1 leads before FC went 3-2 up, but the excitement ended at 3-3.
Scorers for FC were Neil McCall, Andrew Edgeington and Mark Williamson.
