First home for the club, and putting in another consistent parkrun performance to finish in fourth place overall, was Bobbie Irvine (20:03).

Irvine was followed by Charlie McCormack, who crossed the line in 20:56 - another great run after achieving a PB of 20:51 the previous week.

Gillian Cordner set a new ladies’ record of 21:00, breaking her previous course best of 21:14. Ian Cleland followed in 21:12, with Andy Smyth in 24:40, Neil Harper 27:42 (PB), Gillian Bell 32:37 and Evie Gardner in 51:29 (PB).

Three Seapark AC members ran the East Antrim Marathon Series marathon on Sunday. This was a particularly gruelling marathon course, which saw runners start at the Knockagh Monument, run downhill to Greenisland and then complete two laps from Greenisland back up to the Knockagh Monument and down to Greenisland.

Cordner was home in 3:30:11, Irvine 3:45:25 and Gary Connolly 4:03:11 (results are provisional).

Meanwhile, on Easter Monday Irvine competed in the annual Whitehead five-mile road race in a superb time of 32:14.
