David McClements opened the first half rout with 11 minutes gone and Kevin Lynch added number 2 on 15 minutes. Lee Forgrave tapped in number 3 just before the half hour mark and Ryan McAuley hit number 4 just before half time.
But it was all change inside 10 minutes of the restart when McAuley was red carded for a tackle inside the box that Barry Kelly converted.

Hide AdKillymoon came roaring back at their visitors and Roger Greer pulled another one back on 65 minutes and Tobermore’s cause wasn’t helped when the referee, for the third time, got in the way of Dean Stewart and whatever Stewart said annoyed the referee so much he too was sent off.
Simon Kerr pulled another goal back in the 90th minute to make it 3-4 but they were unable to find an equaliser and Tobermore progressed into the next round.
Final score; Killymoon Rangers 3 – 4 Tobermore Utd.
Tobermore travel to Coagh next Saturday for a 6 pointer against their local rivals and then it’s the big Boxing Day final when Tobermore take on Limavady in the final of the Craig memorial Cup.
The final kicks off at 11.30 and the word is to get their early as a large crowd is expected.

Hide AdTobermore Mini Soccer Centre sessions is taking a short Christmas break so there will be no sessions on Saturday December 23rd and 30th. The fun sessions will resume in Maghera Recreation Centre on Saturday January 5th 2013 morning from 10.00 am until 11.00.
The Mini Soccer children ended their 2012 sessions with a fun day that included a face painting competition.
Prises were kindly donated by Chris McGrath Footwear, Maghera and the following were the prize winners.
1st prize Christopher Doherty, 2nd, Jamie Wilson, 3rd,Sabrina Pickering, and coaches choice, Dion Lynch.
