Castle team make match-play stages

CONGRATULATIONS go to Ballycastle Golf Club's Mixed Foursomes team who have made it through to this year's match-play stages following a successful qualification day at Greenacres on Sunday.

Well done to the team: Seamus Killough & Susan Crawford, Colm Hendrie & Liz Dowds, Danny Taggart & Jenny Parkhill, Vincent Dowds & Doreen Reid, Hugh Sayers & Joan Wisener and to team captain Gerry Norwood who has remarkably now guided both the Pierce Purcell and Mixed Foursomes teams to qualification in successive weekends!

Rumours are Jose Mourinho has been ringing Gerry for advice!
