Women’s Aid launch latest campaign
THE Craigavon & Banbridge Women’s Aid have launched a 16-day action initiative aimed at raising awareness of gender violence with a number of events held in Lurgan next week.
The 16 Days initiative is an international campaign which has been running since 1991.
Women’s Aid will be launching balloons in Lurgan on November 26 at 1.15pm, with an awareness day in Lurgan Library on December 4.
