Hillsborough Presbyterian Church: Car Boot and Table Top sale (Orr Hall) including Farm Produce, Nearly New Clothes Stall, Bric a Brac, Book and Cake Stalls will be held from 8am to 12noon. Refreshments including Tea/Coffee, Bacon Butties etc served. Gates open 8am. Cars/Tables £5 Vans £10.

First Lisburn Presbyterian Church: The Little Craft and Food Market returns with a special Valentine’s fair. The market runs in the church hall from 11am until 4pm. There will be a wide variety of stalls, including Love Creative Therapy, Triple Spiral Therapy, Polka Dot Crafts, and lots more. Everyone welcome.

Lisburn CWU Mission Hall, Market Street: Gospel Service at 7.30 pm. Pastor William McCandless (retired Elim Pastor) from Dollingstown will be the Speaker and Soloist. Buffet supper provided – Time for Fellowship - Everyone made very welcome!

Lisburn Racquets Club: Home-Start Lisburn are hosting a Charity Quiz Night to raise much needed funds, starting at 7.30pm. Entry fee is £6, which includes quiz and table snacks. Finaghy Library: Author visit from Mary Morrissy at 2pm. Mary is an award-winning author (The Hennessy Award, Lannan Foundation Award) of three novels, Mother of Pearl, The Pretender and The Rising of Bella Casey, and a collection of short stories, A Lazy Eye. A second collection of linked stories, Prosperity Drive, is forthcoming from Jonathan Cape. Mary trained as a journalist and has 30 years’ experience working with The Irish Press, The Irish Times and The Irish Examiner. Admission free. Booking essential.
