Waringstown WI learn all about wills
Waringstown WI held their February meeting and President Jennifer Taylor welcomed new member, Valerie Mathers.
The guest speaker was Melanie Bond, a solicitor, who gave an interesting talk on the importance of making a will, as it is the only way to ensure your wishes are fulfilled when you die.
Margaret Ryan thanked Melanie for her informative talk.
Jean Sturgeon was presented with a platter which she won for her flower arrangement in a brandy glass.
Sandra Ledlie won the competition for the oldest coin and birthday girl was Audrey Baxter.
The evening finished with the traditional singing of the Country Woman’s song.
