Up for trial on drugs charges

Patrick Joseph Ward (22), of Dunvale, is accused of possession of a class A drug - fluoroamphetamines - and possession of the same substance with intent to supply.

He is further charged with possession of a class B drug - cannabis resin - and possession of cannabis resin with intent to supply.

The offences are alleged to have taken place on March 5 last year.

He was returned for trial, on continuing bail, to Antrim Crown Court on March 25, following a preliminary enquiry at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
