Top award for Craigavon team
THE Housing Executive’s Craigavon maintenance team recently won the prestigious Ronnie Nicholl Shield for the best overall maintenance performance.
The trophy, awarded at the Housing Executive’s annual conference, recognises good performance in delivery of the response maintenance service, in terms of completed repair requests and levels of customer satisfaction.
District Manager, Loma Wilson, delighted that the hard work of the Craigavon staff has been recognised, said: “This award reflects the dedication of staff in the office and the quality of the service they provide to our customers. I would like to congratulate Ian Wilson, District Maintenance Manager, and his team on receiving this trophy.”
