Time of remembrance at Snowdrop Walk

LARNE families who have been affected by the death of a child are being invited to a remembrance service this Sunday (February 21).

The annual Snowdrop Walk, organised by the Pregnancy Loss and Paediatric Bereavement Team of the Northern Trust, will take place in the grounds of Shane’s Castle, Antrim.

The walk is a time of remembrance for bereaved parents and relatives who have suffered a pregnancy loss or the death of a child. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to plant a snowdrop bulb in memory of their loved one in an area designated by Lord O’Neill within the castle grounds.
