Three Crowns bar celebrates 30th anniversary

The bar was set up by three ladies - Barbara Boal, Carol Lewis and Maureen Beattie - and they decided to name the bar ‘Three Crowns’ to remember the three founders.

Maureen has now retired but Carol and Barbara are still running the successful local watering hole.

The bar held a party to celebrate the milestone anniversary, with regulars and staff coming together to mark the special occasion.

“There is a great family atmosphere,” said publican Barbara.

“We would like to thank all of our customers, both old and new, for their loyalty and patronage over the years.”
