Public session will explain bus changes
Translink will hold a public information session in Lisburn Buscentre on Tuesday August 25 from 10am – 2pm following changes to services to the city.
All Lisburn bound services via Lisburn Road will depart from Europa Buscentre and no longer service Wellington Place and Great Victoria Street (Amelia Street) bus stop.
Services 523/525 will no longer be ‘city stoppers’ and will operate as service 23 and 25 via Lisburn Road. Service 24 has been re-numbered to Service 103B.
The changes are part of Translink’s overall plans to reduce costs due to the significant reduction in public funding in 2015/16.
