Fines of £4,200 for haulier
A Lurgan haulier was fined £4,200 at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court yesterday for tachograph offences.
The Driver & Vehicle Agency found that Pedlow Transport Limited, of Annesborough Road, installed a device to interfere with recording equipment, did not seal equipment properly and was guilty of four counts of breaching drivers’ hours regulations.
