Police renew assault appeal
POLICE investigating an assault that occurred recently in Portstewart have renewed their appeal for information.
A man suffered cracked ribs and facial injuries during the incident which occurred at licensed premises in The Diamond area of the town around 11:00 pm on Sunday, October 27 last year.
Anyone who was in the area and saw what happened is asked to get in touch with the police at Coleraine.
