Police investigate hijacking

A red Vauxhall Astra car was hijacked on Pembroke Loop Road at around 10.45pm Tuesday June 18.

The same vehicle was involved in a collision with a police landrover on Stewartstown Road a short time later.

At around 3am it was found crashed into a field at Carnaghliss Road in Crumlin.

Four males were subsequently arrested in connection with the hijacking and RTC as well as on suspicion of burglary at a house on Ballyhill Road, Crumlin.
