Percy French talk at Drumbeg

Drumbeg WI president Olive Palmer welcomed visitors from Upper Finaghy, Maze.D erriaghy and Maze WIs to their recent meeting.

She introduced Norman Wetherall who gave a talk about Percy French.

The vote of thanks was given by Rosalind Bloomfield. Helen Wilson had donated the ballot prizes.

The competition for an unusual teapot was won by Sheelagh McRandal. Congratulations were given to quiz members who came second at the area level, to Rosalind Bloomfield who came first with her essay in the Phyllis Gailey competition and to Sheelagh McRandal who won the Eileen McCoubrey Cup for white embroidery
