New Area Commander for Ballymoney and Moyle

T/Chief Inspector Sean Fitzpatrick has been appointed as the Police Service’s new Area Commander for Ballymoney and Moyle.

T/Chief Inspector Fitzpatrick has 14 years service and previously served as temporary area commander for Larne and Ballymena. Over the years he worked in a number of roles including CID Detective Inspector in H District covering Ballymoney and Moyle areas.

Speaking about his new appointment, T/Chief Inspector Fitzpatrick said he is looking forward to his new role: “I’m very pleased to have the opportunity to manage policing in Ballymoney and Moyle and look forward to building on the relationships and work my predecessor Chief Inspector Magill has developed.

Chief Inspector John Magill has taken up the post as Area Commander for Ballymena and Larne.
