New 18 house development proposed for Bowens Meadow, Knocknashane
A proposed new housing development in Lurgan with 18 new builds plus garages has been approved by planners and Craigavon Borough Council following Monday night’s meeing.
The development is situated at Bowens Lane and Bowens Meadow at Knocknashane.
Mearn Construction Ltd is the applicant with McAdam Stewart Architects, Banbridge acting for the firm.
There were four letters of objection.
