Mobile phone driver fined
A CLOUGHMILLS man has been fined £60 for using a mobile telephone while driving.
Patrick McCafferty (59), of Tullykittagh Road, also had his licence endorsed with three penalty points, at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
The court was told that McCafferty came to police attention at Linenhall Street on September 30.
