'˜Meet the makers' at SuperValu

Wood's SuperValu, Tandragee is hosting a '˜Meet the Makers' event with local suppliers on Saturday, 11th June, from 11am'“4pm.

Customers and local people are invited to attend the family fun day, which will celebrate local producers and demonstrate SuperValu’s commitment to supporting Northern Ireland’s Year of Food and Drink.

Gilfresh Produce and Tayto as well as Dale Farm and Mash Direct will sample their ranges in-store and there will be other fun activities including a special visit from Mr Tayto.

‘Meet the Makers’ is rolling out across all 35 local SuperValu stores in Northern Ireland and is part of the retail brand’s ‘We Believe in Local’ campaign.

SuperValu Tandragee, owner Philip Woods said, “We are delighted to host a ‘Meet the Makers’ event at SuperValu Tandragee and are looking forward to highlighting to our customers the great support we lend to local suppliers.”

He added, “2016 is Northern Ireland’s Year of Food and Drink and there is no better time to communicate SuperValu’s ‘We Believe in Local’ ethos to our customers as well as provide them with a great day out at this family fun event.”
