It is alleged a block of cocaine worth £12,000 and 435 grams of clephedrone worth £9,000 were found during a search.

An investigating officer told Londonderry Magistrates’ Court he believed he could connect Fisher to the charges.

The officer alleged there was a DNA particle on a knot of a bag linking Fisher to the class B drug.

Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott told the court there would be no bail application at this time.

Fisher was remanded in custody to appear in court again on December 3.
