Maghera men deny stealing electricity
Two south Derry men pleaded not guilty to a theft charge when they appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
Vaughan Clarke Porter (46), and Lloyd Alan Porter (40), both of Ballynahone Road, Maghera, are accused of dishonestly causing electricity to be diverted between August 2 and August 29 last year.
The case was adjourned until May 25 to fix a date for a contest.
Defence solicitor Mr Donal Heron said there were a number of witnesses to be agreed.
