Health staff set for walkout today

The walk-out, which is over pay, is to take place from 11am to 2.30pm and will affect a variety of services including pharmacy and community nursing but is not expected to have a direct impact on front line services.

There will also be a work-to-rule from Monday until November 9.

A Trust Spokesperson said, “We are working together with trade union colleagues to ensure essential services, care and treatment to our patients and clients are maintained during the four hours of planned industrial action.”
