For trial on fraud charges

A Derrytrasna woman has been returned for trial on a series of fraud charges and accused of stealing over Â£5,000 in cash from her employer.

Suzanne Breen (23), whose address was given as Lisnagade Mews, Derrytrasna, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.

She was charged with fraudulently making a gain for herself on September 7 last year and with four similar offences.

Breen is further accused that between November 10, 2014, and September 15, 2015, she concealed criminal property.

The final charge is that as an employee she stole cash to the total of £5,242.24 between November 10, 2014, and September 15, 2015.

Breen was remanded on her own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on June 21.

Conditions of the bail are that she not to enter Parkside off-sales and not to contact any of the witnesses.
