ELECTION: SDLP's Duncan submits nomination papers

SDLP North Antrim representative Connor Duncan has submitted his nomination papers to contest the Assembly Elections in May.

He said: “There’s a great energy and enthusiasm in our North Antrim team again and the reception we are getting on the doors is giving us great hope.

People here know DUP/Sinn Fein coalition is not working. North Antrim has seen devastating blows to our local economy and no amount of spin from Arlene Foster or Jonathan Bell has put highly skilled people back to work.

“It’s time for a new approach, a real alternative. One that invests in our people instead of using cash incentives as bait for big business, that supports working parents with more free childcare and offers a real plan to keep our young people here. I am proud and honoured to be representing this alternative in the upcoming election.”
