Dungiven cannabis factory: woman due in court
A 38-year-old woman is due in court tomorrow morning to face charges believed to be in relation to the discovery of a cannabis factory near Dungiven.
A cannabis factory containing plants estimated by the PSNI to have a street value of £250,000 was discovered at a house at Larch Road, Dungiven on Saturday, June 20.
A police spokesperson said: ““Detectives have charged a 38 year old woman with being concerned in offer to supply class B controlled drug and being concerned in supply of class B controlled drug.
“She is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23. As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
