Doctor has sex case adjourned
Former Portadown and Richhill GP Tony Chee, who is charged with sexually assaulting a number of patients, has had his case adjourned for a further six weeks.
Chee, of Waringfield Close, Moira, appeared at last Tuesday’s sitting of Armagh Magistrates Court.
He faces seven counts of sexual assault, as well as a charge of sexual assault by penetration.
The charges relate to a number of alleged incidents between 2004 and 2011.
At his solicitor’s request, Chee’s bail conditions were varied to allow him to go on holiday with his family.
