Van driver spotted using mobile phone
A Tyrone man spotted by police using a mobile phone while driving a van, was fined £150 with three penalty points at Dungannon Magistrates Court
Richard Peter Donnelly from Glebe Park, Dungannon, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender levy arising out of the incident on October 16 last.
