Seven days in prison
Aiden Donnelly, 24, from Ballylurgan in Fivemiletown, has been sentenced to seven days in prison for breaching the terms of his bail.
Having been released on bail on February 11th he failed to show up to court on May 4th and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. He was at large for six weeks.
His solicitor, Mr John Fox, said that his client had forgotten because he “was on quite a cocktail of medication” during the period.
District Judge John Meehan ordered the period of imprisonment run consecutively to his current term.
