Cookstown golf club threatens to release CCTV to police unless ‘thieves’ return items

A Cookstown golf club has threatened to release CCTV footage of individuals caught on CCTV removing “course furniture” from the site unless it is returned by 9am on Wednesday morning.

The warning, which was posted on Killymoon Golf Club’s Facebook page yesterday, read: “WANTED!

“Individuals were observed removing course furniture from Killymoon Golf Club last night [Sunday] and were caught on CCTV.

“Failure to return the stolen items before 9am Wednesday morning will result in the CCTV footage being handed over to the PSNI for prosecution.”

So far, the PSNI has not received any reports of the incident.
