Change of use applications are lodged
LONDONDERRY’S Airporter bus firm has applied for permission to internally fitout an existing retail shed in Pennyburn for its business purposes.
The local planning office has applied for permission to alter the building to house Airporter Bus facilities including retail, back of house office and garage space for maintenance. The application concerns Units 1-3 at the Bay Road.
Meanwhile, in an unrelated move St John’s Ambulance has applied for permission to change a former trade suppliers in Springtown into a training and garage facility.
The application concerns Unit B, in the Springtown Industrial Estate and will also involve a “new glazed personnel entrance and a new window.”
