Canary found in Kilfennan

Frances and husband Roy Colhoun, who live at Myrtlefield Road, Kilfennan off Cambourne Park, have found a canary in their house.

They have checked with their nearest neighbours and it is not theirs either.

Frances came out from sitting room and into hall at 11.45am to find the canary on the hall table.

Said canary, all yellow, is now on top of wardrobe and husband Roy has taken it up water. However, the couple have no cage or seed and do not want to put the canary outside because of the cats.
