Busy times at Wm Pinkerton School

It has been an incredibly busy time for the staff and pupils of William Pinkerton Primary School in Dervock recently.
On Monday 14th Dec we had a charity event to raise money for Asthma UK.  The children and staff wore their Christmas jumpers to school and gave a donation to the charity for the privilege. P1-P3 classes performed their nativity, Angel Express to a large audience in the school assembly hall.  Also on Tues our annual Christmas raffle took place. One of our parents Mrs Flack organises this event and all proceeds go to school funds. On Monday afternoon senior citizens were treated to a festive tea in the school assembly hall.

The P4-P7 children entertained them with festive songs.

On Tues 15th December the P1-P3 classes performed their nativity,” Angel Express” to a large audience in the school assembly hall.

Also on Tuesday the annual Christmas raffle took place.

The P4-P7 children put on a Carol Service for parents and friends in Derrykeighan Parish Church on Wednesday 16th December.
