Brookfield WI meeting
President of Maze Brookfield WI Helen Dunlop welcomed everyone to the
June meeting.
This took the form of an evening outing where members enjoyed a delicious tea at Second Comber Presbyterian Church.
Afterwards they visited the Tudor Cinema outside Comber where we were entertained with the film ‘A Big Fat Greek Wedding.’ The evening concluded with several ballot prizes being won by members and birthday girl prize winners for June and July were Marion Gordon and Dorothy Andrews.
The competition winner was Freda McFarland. Helen wished everyone a very enjoyable summer break.
The next meeting which will be the AGM will take place on September 8.
