Appeal after '˜criminal damage' in Ballycarry

Constable Ricky Shaw said; “Substantial damage was caused to a dark coloured transit van and windows on the property. Windows were smashed and the van was set alight.

“It is understood that this criminal damage occurred around 1am on Sunday, September 18.

“We are appealing for anyone who might have information which may assist the investigation to contact police at Larne on 101 quoting CCS 74 18/09/16.

“Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
