Allergy event in Garvagh

Food Allergies NI are holding a ‘Free From Food’ event, on March 25 in the Garvagh Community Building at 7pm.

The event is aimed at people who are affected by food allergies. The event is free to attend and everyone is welcome.

There will be a range of local businesses with samples to try and wares to purchase.

Businesses include The Auction Room, Sundae Over The Rainbow, Rule of Crumb, Fit 2 Bake, Chill Foodhall and Raw Food Rebellion.

There will also be a number of speakers who will be on hand to offer advice and information.

This event, is the first of its kind in the North Coast and should prove to be an exciting evening for individuals who suffer from food allergies. The main aim is to raise awareness of allergies and to educate individuals as to what food is available locally. The money raised from the

event will be donated to Coeliac UK and Allergy UK.
