Accused of breaching terms of ASB order
A BALLYMENA man has appeared in court charged with breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.
Robert Edward Faith (41), of Regents Park is alleged to have breached the ASBO by refusing to leave a filling station shop when asked to do so, on January 21.
He is further charged with assaulting a police officer and assaulting a woman, on the same date.
Faith’s case was adjourned until March 4, at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
