An application has been lodged for permission to build two new flats on the site of a recently demolished derelict house in the Fountain.
It’s the second stage of a proposed development at 1 George’s Street. The replacement of the gable end terraced house at the corner of Wapping Lane will be a welcome development for residents if approved.
