Titanic tribute CD launched in Lisburn

NOEL McMaster of Bakerloo Junction and Conal McCartney have launched their new CD entitled ‘Made in Belfast’ during a Titanic weekend at the Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum.

The new CD, which is a tribute to those who built, sailed and died on the ill fated liner, features some great new songs and each with a story to tell.

They include: ‘The Air Tasting of Oil Boys’, ‘Belfast Blood’, ‘Whiskey for the Boys’ and ‘Nearer my God to Thee’ the hymn often suggested as the last tune played by the musicians on the Titanic.

The CD is available from the Irish Linen Centre, Lisburn and the Tourist Information Centre in Lisburn and Belfast.
