A celebration of literature
St Patrick’s Academy held their annual Book Review Awards Ceremony, a celebration of the Key Stage 3 pupils’ diligence and appreciation of fiction.
Mrs McCann, Head of English commented: “The ceremony is one of the major highlights of the year.
“Congratulations to all our worthy winners especially the 2020 overall winner Hannah Kerr for her exceptional review of the novel ‘The Library of the Lost and Found’. Pupils received certificates, trophies and complimentary Book Tokens courtesy of World Book Day. Every Yr8 and 9 pupil also received a free book courtesy of Eason’s, Lisburn.”
