X Factor star Diana Vickers will be taking to the stage of the Grand Opera House next week when the Rocky Horror Show returns to Belfast.
Diana, who first came to public attention in 2008 when she was a finalist on The X Factor, before signing a record deal with RCA Records and getting a number one single and album, will be taking on the role of Janet, alongside her fiancé Brad Majors, played by Ben Freeman, who is best known for playing Scott Windsor in Emerdale. The pair will face Dr Frank’N’Furter, played by Liam Tamne, who became part of ‘Team Will’ in the second series of The Voice, as well as his staff and guests, including Kristian Lavercombe who is reprising his role as reluctant butler ‘Riff Raff’.
Comedian Norman Pace will be joining the tour in Belfast as ‘The Narrator’, guiding the audience through the tale of the night Brad and Janet’s car broke down outside Frank’N’Furter’s castle.
This musical extravaganza features all of its famous musical classics including “Science Fiction/Double Feature”, “Dammit Janet” and of course, the timeless floor-filler, “The Time-Warp”.
Tickets are on sale now from the Grand Opera House Box Office.
