Ellie Goulding thrilled fans at Belsonic last night (Tuesday), when the singer/songwriter headlined the latest show at the iconic Titanic Belfast venue.
The ‘How Long Will I Love You’ hitmaker joined an incredible line-up of artists taking to the Belsonic stage across the summer at the new venue, which proved to be a perfect location for the gigs.
Ably supported by Irish bands Walking On Cars, who performed hits from their fantastic debut album ‘Everything This Way’ and have just announced a gig at The Limelight in November, and The Coronas, who thoroughly warmed the crowd up before Ellie took to the stage at 9.30pm.
Ellie produced a high energy performance throughout the night, impressing with her superb vocals, and had the crowd singing and dancing along to hit after hit.
Kicking off the night with Delirium and Aftertaste, Goulding launched into the smash hit Goodness Gracious, picking up the tempo even further.
The party continued with Outside, her hit single with Calvin Harris.
The ‘Starry Eyed’ star kept the crowd with her throughout the show, singing several tracks from her latest album Delirium, such as ‘Holding on for Life’, ‘Devotion’, ‘Keep On Dancin’, as well as a fantastic rendition of the recent hit ‘Army’.
As the set moved toward the end Goulding carried on the party with ‘I Need Your Love’, another massive hit with Calvin Harris, the magnificent ‘Burn’ and ‘Anything Could Happen’, before finishing the night with her biggest hit to date ‘Love Me Like You Do’, ending the night on a high.
